Each order is hand made specifically to guarantee freshness for each of our clients. Therefore, The Dessert Ladies must allow 3 business days to complete and ship your custom order.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates, therefore, please keep note of your tracking order number upon completion of your online order. However we make EVERY effort possible to honor any pre-order date requests.

Given the delicate nature of our products it is highly recommended that all products be shipped via overnight delivery for warmer climate zones. And via Priority Mail during temperate seasons.

The Dessert Ladies are not responsible for melting of products when the overnight delivery option is not chosen or when outdoor temperatures exceed 60 degrees.

Please note, The Dessert Ladies cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to extreme weather conditions, unforeseen acts of nature or carrier issues. During the current Covid-19 pandemic- our neighbors at USPS are experiencing an unprecedented increase in shipping numbers. As a result, regular priority mail shipments are take 2-3 days longer.

The Dessert Ladies reserves the right to substitute products and packaging with equal or greater value but will make every effort to honor any special requests.

Please note each item is individually packed for shipping to maintain the quality of the product and to ensure proper delivery.

Please note The Dessert Ladies products are not allergen free. Our products are created in a facility utilizing dairy, nuts and wheat. Some products do/may contain peanuts, tree nuts, nut oils, dairy, wheat, and/or soy.

Chocolate Products: Pretzels, chocolate covered Oreos, and chocolate covered graham crackers maintain their freshness for 3 months if properly stored in a sealed bag or storage container and kept in a cool, dry area. Biens however have a shelf life of two weeks but can be frozen to extend their shelf-life.

Cake Products: All cake products should be kept refrigerated. Celebration cakes may be on display at room temperature and out of direct sunlight for up to 4 hours. It is recommended that all cake products and freshly dipped fruits be consumed within 24-48 hours of pick up.

We are following applicable CDC, FDA, and USDA guidelines, as well as our own very strict internal policies and procedures, including with respect to sanitation. By way of example, here are some of the actions we are taking:

• Providing Proper Protective Equipment to our entire team.
• Limiting interaction between our staff. Those that can are working from home.
• Only allowing essential staff and immediate business-critical service providers in our buildings at one time.
• Currently not allowing will call customers. or visitors in our buildings.
• Practicing social-distancing within each department to the greatest extent possible by only permitting one staff member per department area in at a time.
• Educating employees with respect to CDC guidelines.
