Bien Cake Ball Truffles and Chocolate covered items

Please keep at room temperature indoors away from heat and sun. Do not refrigerate. 

Shelf Life 

All fresh cream and buttercream desserts should be discarded after 4 hours of being out of refrigeration. Bien Cake truffles, chocolate covered pretzels and chocolate covered oreos will stay fresh for several days when wrapped.

Cutting Your Cake

6 or 8” - You can cut standard wedge shapes or use the grid cutting method to get more servings.

10” or larger - Cut a smaller cake out of the center of a large cake and then cut into wedges or use the grid cutting method.
